Silverbell Armed Forces Readiness Center
General contractor Sundt Construction needed to install an epoxy urethane coating system to improve the aesthetics of 8,500-square-feet of flooring at the Silverbell Armed Forces Readiness Center at Pinal Air Park in Marana, Arizona.They sought the assistance of Charles Court Construction, which specializes in waterproofing and moisture remediation system.

Papa John’s Production Room Floor
Following years of wear and tear, the existing epoxy flooring at a Papa John’s production facility in Dallas, TX had become difficult to maintain and clean. The flooring needed more than a thin film coating because of high traffic in the area; however, the owners couldn’t afford downtime for a full system.

LEED Project: Elgin Air Force Base Hangar
Contractor Techniquex was hired to install 73,300-square-feet of flooring for the new construction of a high-grade maintenance hangar on the Elgin Air Force Base in Florida. The hangar was designed to house a new F-22 airplane for the Joint Strike Fighter Air Force Navy Marine Squad.

For more than two decades, Creative Leather has handcrafted fine leather furniture using traditional furniture-making techniques.The retailer/designer has locations throughout the Southwest and recently expanded its headquarters to a larger facility in Chandler, AZ.

Poore Brothers - Potato Chip Manufacturer
Poore Brothers kettle cooked potato chips have been a favorite in Arizona since 1986. Recently, this processing/manufacturing plant in Goodyear, AZ took on a production expansion and decided to partner up with Pro Surfacing to put an end to the continuous flooring failures that they had been experiencing for several years.

The Cosmopolitan, Las Vegas
The Cosmopolitan bucks typical Vegas building trends. The narrow structure has a much more modern, contemporary feel with thoughtful, intricate designs. It’s the first casino/resort on the strip to feature terrazzo in the porte-cochère, a porch-like structure through which a vehicle (or, a horse and carriage as it once was) can pass.

This project features a beautiful mural of a dragon created with Cem-Rez, Color Fuse and Polyurethane 501.

This project features an industrial flooring project for a battery room using Low Temperature Epoxy (LTE), Epoxy Novolac 900 and Polyurea 5001.
